Refund Policy

At Cleaning for a Cause, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality power washing services every time. Because our services are performed on-site and involve labor, equipment, and materials, our refund policy works as follows:

1. Service Quality Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the results of our work:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of service completion.

  • We will inspect the area and, if necessary, provide a free re-cleaning of the affected area.

  • Refunds are only issued if the problem cannot be resolved through re-service.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee may apply to cover scheduling and labor costs.

  • If we must cancel due to weather or unsafe conditions, you may reschedule or request a full refund.

3. Charitable Donations

Please note that since a portion of our proceeds is donated to charity:

  • Once a job is completed and a donation has been made, refunds cannot include any donated portion.

  • This ensures transparency and respect for charitable commitments.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Pre-existing stains, damage, or discoloration that power washing cannot remove.

  • Property issues caused by poor maintenance or materials not suitable for pressure washing.

  • Services completed according to the agreed scope where results match professional standards.
