Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

Cleaning for a Cause offers professional power washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Driveway and sidewalk cleaning

  • House and siding washing

  • Deck and fence washing

Exact services, pricing, and scheduling are discussed and confirmed before work begins.

2. Charitable Donations

We are proud to operate as a charity-supporting business. A portion of our proceeds is donated to approved charitable organizations.

  • Unless otherwise stated, 15% of net profits from each completed job are donated monthly to selected charities.

  • Charitable donations are made directly by Cleaning for a Cause; customers are not required to make any donation themselves.

  • Proof of donation: receipts and confirmation letters may be shared publicly or upon request for transparency.

3. Estimates and Payments

  • All service quotes are free and valid for 30 days.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or other approved forms.

  • Returned checks or payment disputes may incur a $10 charge.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a 2% cancellation charge.

  • Services may be rescheduled due to weather or unsafe conditions at the discretion of Cleaning for a Cause.

5. Property Condition and Liability

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring all windows, doors, and outlets are securely closed prior to service.

  • Cleaning for a Cause will take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage; however, we are not liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage, loose materials, or structural weaknesses

    • Damage caused by improper installation of siding, paint, or other materials

    • Water intrusion through unsealed openings or cracks

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with the service for any reason, please contact us within 48 hours of completion so we can resolve the issue promptly.

7. Use of Images

With customer consent, Cleaning for a Cause may take before-and-after photos of completed jobs for promotional or charitable transparency purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cleaning for a Cause, its owners, or employees be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the services provided.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website or provided in writing to customers.
